Bargello

Cathedral Window by Machine

Make a Bell Pull or Table Runner in this fascinating style. 1 or 2 days.

Charm Bracelet

A very easy project using 5in Charm squares and 2in strips, which can be cut before you come to the workshop. Great for a themed quilt, such as Christmas or I spy.

Double Wedding Ring

Hetty is an expert on this quilt. With the kit this project is easier, quicker and more accurate. Suitable for yardage or scraps. Lots of options, lots of sizes to choose from. Pictures

Magic Boxes

A choice of two sizes: "Millenium Boxes" is 92cm x 92cm, "Moon Box" is 60cm x 60cm. A combination of Log Cabin, Applique and Machine Quilting. Many students complete "Moon Box" at the workshop, including the quilting! One of Hetty's favourite designs!

Pieced Landscape

Freezer paper is used to create a softly curved landscape. This technique is very different to foundation piecing and even if you don't complete the whole project in two days, you will get surprisingly far!

Reverse-It

Quilt-as-you-go create a quilt that has a different design on back and front!

Afghani piecing, Seminole and more. This is a technique workshop, where you learn how to do something, rather than work on a project.

Scraps Unlimited

Use you scraps or yardage: this project is suitable for beginners as well as a great project for experienced quilters who want to make a quick-and-easy quilt. Requirements are for a variety of quilt sizes. You may cut patches prior to workshop for a flying start and there won't be a triangle! It is impossible to show you the many ways in which you can put your blocks, but here is a teaser:

Super Stars

Learn how to draft the 8pointed star with no math or compass! Make into a 24in centre. Grandmothers Fan and Hetty's own Queens Crown form a lovely frame and Starry Path, favourite block of many quilters, is in the corners. Quilt as shown is 54in x 80in
